Return Eligibility

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us First
Email us at info@manu-us.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide our Return Request Form.

Step 2: Submit Return Form and Photos
We require photos of the item and the completed return form. Once approved (within 3–5 business days), you’ll receive return instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Item

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

• Our warehouse is located overseas (typically Asia).

• Shipping costs usually range between $20 and $40, depending on your carrier.

• Tracking is required. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund for the item cost only (original shipping is non-refundable) within 7–14 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that are worn, damaged, or missing tags

Cancellation Policy

All orders are processed immediately after checkout to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, we’re unable to make cancellations once an order is placed.
